Unpainted: every resin part in white smoke resin, with the supports removed, rough-sanded and fully cured. It arrives unprimed and unassembled, ready for your primer, paint and glue.

Painted: hand-painted with acrylics and sealed in our studio. Larger figures travel in a few sections that fit together on arrival.

Figures print in white smoke resin on resin printers of up to 14K resolution, so fine details such as faces, cloth and armour edges come out sharp. Décor pieces print in PLA on Bambu Lab printers.

Energy, water, fire and similar effects are printed in clear resin only on the painted version. Unpainted kits come entirely in white smoke resin, unless you ask for clear parts in the order notes.

Scale compares the figure with a real person: at 1:10 a figure is about a tenth of life size, at 1:6 about a sixth. Most collectors keep one scale on a shelf so the pieces match. Each product page lists the exact height, width and depth for every scale.

Yes. Ask for a custom scale and we send you a quote. If you have your own STL file, the custom quote page prices it in seconds.

Unpainted: 2 to 3 weeks.

Painted: 3 to 6 months. Painted figures are pre-orders, so you confirm this time before adding one to your cart.

Every figure is made to order, so these times are estimates. You get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

You pay 50% at checkout to reserve your slot. When your figure is next in line, we send you an invoice for the other 50% before we start printing, and production begins once it is paid.

No. It only splits the same price into two payments.

Yes. Choose Full payment on the product page.

You have 7 days to pay the invoice. If it isn't paid by then, we cancel the order and refund your deposit in full.

From Canada. Every order ships tracked, packed in foam inside a double-wall box. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We pay the carrier's brokerage and handling fees. Import duties or taxes charged by the customs of your country are paid by the buyer.

Orders to the USA and Mexico travel with a CUSMA certificate of origin, which usually means no duty on goods made in Canada.

No. We always declare the real value of your order, for legal and insurance reasons.

Check the tracking link in your shipping email first. If it stops moving or shows a problem, write to us and we open a claim with the carrier for you.

Send us a photo of the part and the box within 7 days of delivery. We reprint the part and post it to you free.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping and any duties or taxes are paid by the buyer. Send the figure back in the condition it arrived and we refund your original payment method once it reaches us.

Yes, free of charge until printing starts. Once your figure is on the printer, the order can no longer be cancelled.

No. Our figures are fan-made tributes, printed under commercial licences from independent sculptors. All rights to the characters belong to their original creators, and every product page credits the sculptor.

Some images and videos are 3D renders from the sculptor, shown to represent the quality of the final print. Photos marked Our print are real pieces from our studio, and our reviews show what customers received.

No. We sell printed figures only.

No. It is a collectible for adults, not a toy. It has small parts and fine points and is not suitable for children under 14.
