Refund policy

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Send the figure back in the condition it arrived, in its original packaging. Return shipping and any duties or taxes on the return are paid by the buyer. Once the parcel reaches us and we have checked it, we refund your original payment method.

To start a return, email us at hello@articpainthingstudios.com with your order number.

Damaged in transit

If a part arrives broken, send us a photo of the part and the box within 7 days of delivery. We reprint the part and post it to you free of charge.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge until printing starts, and we refund everything you have paid. Once your figure is on the printer, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Painted figures and deposits

Painted figures are pre-orders. The 50% deposit reserves your slot. Before we start printing your figure, we invoice the other 50%. If that invoice isn't paid within 7 days, we cancel the order and refund your deposit in full.
