Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Every order ships tracked from Canada. Figures are packed in foam inside a double-wall box. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Production times

Every figure is printed after you order.

• Unpainted: ships in 2 to 3 weeks.
• Painted: ready in 3 to 6 months (pre-order with a 50% deposit).

We send your tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the studio.

Customs, duties and taxes

We pay the carrier's brokerage and handling fees. Import duties or taxes charged by the customs of your country are paid by the buyer. Orders to the USA and Mexico travel with a CUSMA certificate of origin, which usually means no duty on goods made in Canada. We always declare the real value, so we can't mark parcels as gifts.

Damaged in transit

If a part arrives broken, send us a photo of the part and the box within 7 days of delivery and we reprint and post the part free.
